• Más de 48 horas antes de la fecha/hora de inicio: Reembolso del 100% del prepago (excluyendo cualquier comisión bancaria, máximo 2%).
• Entre 48 y 24 horas antes: Reembolso del 50% del prepago.
• Menos de 24 horas antes o no presentación: Sin reembolso (pago no reembolsable).
Nota importante sobre el derecho de desistimiento: Estos servicios (excursiones, tours y alquileres con fecha/hora específicas) están excluidos del derecho de desistimiento de 14 días previsto en el artículo 103 del TRLGDCU para contratos y servicios de ocio con fecha específica. 1. Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellations must be communicated in writing by email to info@freedomrentexcursions.com or via the form on the website, indicating the booking number, name, and date of the service.
• More than 48 hours before the start date/time: 100% refund of the prepayment (excluding any bank transaction fees, max 2%).
• From 48 to 24 hours before: 50% refund of the prepayment.
• Less than 24 hours in advance or no-show: No refund (non-refundable payment).
Important note on the right of withdrawal: These services (excursions, tours, and rentals with a specific date/time) are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for by Article 103 of the TRLGDCU for leisure contracts and services with a specific date. The above policy prevails.
2. Booking Changes
