It is an initiation to feel the thrill of breathing underwater and exploring the underwater world. It is based on a dive from the Beach, with the diving equipment, on a maximum depth of 10 meters for 30-40 min. You will be accompanied and supervised by an instructor in a controlled environment. In this way, controlled and relaxing, the experience will change the way you see the world forever both above and below the surface. After a 10 min boat ride from Los Cristianos Port we will arrive at the Montaña of Guaza, a dive sites known as “Bufadero” which is the natural home of 3 turtles. Remember they are wild animals and sometimes they are not in this place. We’ll stay there for about an hour with the boat anchored, giving you full support while you’re snorkeling. You will be provided with a neoprene wetsuit that allows you to float easily, goggles to see underwater and snorkel to breathe. Turtles are curious creatures, don’t be afraid of them, but respect them and don’t touch them, you’re in their home!. Snorkeling is an activity which you can perform alone, in pairs or with your group of friends, colleagues or relatives. Spend a day with your friends or meet new ones!

It is more than an initiation scuba diving, you will receive a more complete briefing with more specific details which help you be more independent underwater. It is based on two dives, during the first dive you'll spend time in shallow water learning basic diving skills. After that is a dive from a boat with the sea turtles, with a maximum of 12 meters depth. You will be accompanied and supervised by an instructor in a controlled environment. In this way, controlled and relaxing, the experience will change the way you see the world forever both above and below the surface. Discover Scuba Diving, is an activity which you can perform alone, in pairs or with your group of friends, colleagues or relatives. Spend a day with your friends or meet new ones! 1. Cancelación por parte del cliente
Las cancelaciones deben comunicarse por escrito por correo electrónico a info@freedomrentexcursions.com o a través del formulario de la página web, indicando el número de reserva, el nombre y la fecha del servicio.
• Más de 48 horas antes de la fecha/hora de inicio: Reembolso del 100% del prepago (excluyendo cualquier comisión bancaria, máximo 2%).
• Entre 48 y 24 horas antes: Reembolso del 50% del prepago.
• Menos de 24 horas antes o no presentación: Sin reembolso (pago no reembolsable).
Nota importante sobre el derecho de desistimiento: Estos servicios (excursiones, tours y alquileres con fecha/hora específicas) están excluidos del derecho de desistimiento de 14 días previsto en el artículo 103 del TRLGDCU para contratos y servicios de ocio con fecha específica. La política anterior prevalece.
2. Cambios en la reserva
Los cambios (p. ej., de fecha o número de participantes) son gratuitos si se solicitan con al menos 48 horas de antelación y si están disponibles. De lo contrario, se aplica la política de cancelación + nuevo precio si corresponde.
3. Cancelación por parte de Freedomrentexcursions.com
Cancelamos debido a condiciones meteorológicas adversas, problemas técnicos o fuerza mayor (p. ej., restricciones gubernamentales). En estos casos:
• Reembolso total del 100 % en un plazo de 14 días.
• Oferta alternativa gratuita (nueva fecha o servicio similar de igual valor).
4. Casos especiales
• Servicios digitales inmediatos (p. ej., mapas o aplicaciones disponibles inmediatamente): No reembolsables una vez proporcionados. • Embarazo, lesión o enfermedad: Reembolso del 100% con certificado médico dentro de las 24 horas previas al inicio programado.
• Menores o grupos: Contáctenos para conocer las políticas específicas.
5. Política de reembolso:
Los reembolsos se realizan mediante el mismo método de pago utilizado (por ejemplo, tarjeta, transferencia bancaria) dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la confirmación de la cancelación. No reembolsamos gastos adicionales (vuelos, hoteles). [clubcanary +1]

1. Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellations must be communicated in writing by email to info@freedomrentexcursions.com or via the form on the website, indicating the booking number, name, and date of the service.
• More than 48 hours before the start date/time: 100% refund of the prepayment (excluding any bank transaction fees, max 2%).
• From 48 to 24 hours before: 50% refund of the prepayment.
• Less than 24 hours in advance or no-show: No refund (non-refundable payment).
Important note on the right of withdrawal: These services (excursions, tours, and rentals with a specific date/time) are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for by Article 103 of the TRLGDCU for leisure contracts and services with a specific date. The above policy prevails.
2. Booking Changes
Changes (e.g., date or number of participants) are free of charge if requested at least 48 hours in advance and if available. Otherwise, the cancellation policy applies + new price if applicable.

• Pregnancy, injury, or illness: 100% refund with a medical certificate within 24 hours of the scheduled start.
